My experience in the design build and remodeling industry has given me ample insight into the processes that go into a successful remodel project, not only in what needs to go right but also what can go wrong and how to avoid costly mistakes and project delays. This can save hundreds even thousands of dollars and weeks of delays on a project.
I start the process with a thorough consultation with you and listen to every want, need and problem you may want to address as we go step by step through my detailed questioner that I have developed over time to help me gain a detailed understanding of your unique project parameters and desired outcome. We also work through the details of design styles, cabinetry styles & storage needs. This allows me to develop a realistic cost budget and a design strategy to best fit that budget and to help guide you as where to best spend your money as well as your design needs, and aesthetic vision.

The Creative Side
I have developed my design systems over years of experience and use creative thinking to solve unique design problems. We can even work through structural issues if they arise that can sometimes be a barrier to the best design possible.

I approach the design process from the technical side first. Solving any issues of space, layout and structure. Once those issues are solved, we are then free to explore the aesthetic options of materials, colors and textures that make a design come to life.
I work with the latest in computer aided drafting technology using "Chief Architect" design software for accuracy in design, specification writing and communications with my client's and everyone involved on the project development team.
The fun begins when I show you a photographic representation of a 3D computer rending that I develop in our state of the art design software of how your project could look at completion for a visual interpretation as we move through the design and revisions process. This gives you the opportunity to make key decisions on layout, cabinet and door styles, colors, finishes, materials, fixtures and appliances and helps to alleviate a lot of guess work giving you piece of mind in those decisions moving forward in the process.

DESIGN / BUILD SPECIALIST
After we design your project, you can hire us to bring in our trusted team of tradespeople to develop your project into the finished product. This gives us extreme control in the communication process with the client, vendors, installers, scheduling and quality control over the fit and finish to ensure accuracy and your satisfaction.

QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST
You can hire us to just do the design work and provide cabinetry. Our job either ends when we handover construction documents to your contractor or you can hire us as a quality control specialist where we inspect the quality and workmanship on your remodel project to make sure your building plans and specifications are being followed correctly.
