My name is Allen Broussard. I am the CEO, chief designer and project manager for Allen Broussard Design & Associates dba AB Builders, a general contracting firm here in the SF Bay Area. 

 

I have been in the design and construction industry for over 40 years and developed many successful design and remodel projects from kitchens and baths, room additions and custom homes.

I am a fourth generation design / build contractor and designer learning the trade of design and building from old world craftsman and watching my father and grandfather design and build beautiful custom homes in the East Bay Area Hills, working with them during summers as a young boy and then fulltime throughout my young adult life in the design and construction process while taking design and architectural classes in the evenings.

 

They taught me the importance of a job well done, attention to detail, craftsmanship and making your clients happy not only with the outcome but throughout the process. 

 

I have kept those standards at the heart of my company culture since I started my own business in 1985. I truly enjoy the process of solving design problems for my clients and seeing their excitement as they move into their new completed space and bringing it to life.

I enjoy the technical aspects and challenges of designing through a complicated set of parameters using my experiences and making the space appear as though it always was.
